Our group and private classes benefit everyone, whether new to Pilates or a seasoned Pilates enthusiast.
 
Cathy's teaching style allows her to tailor instruction to the individual,  whilst maintaining the authenticity of the Pilates method.
Classes are informal, friendly, and motivating.
Specialist Pilates equipment is provided. 

During pregnancy, specialised programmes are available to support women as their bodies adapt to the growing baby. Expectant mums can start a new exercise porgramme from the 12th-14th week of pregnancy.  After the birth, exercises are specifically aimed at assisting postnatal recovery. Postnatal Pilates programmes may begin from the 6th-10th week after the birth, according to the client's needs and requirements.
 
With regular practice, you will be stronger, stand taller, and improve your muscle tone and overall fitness.
