Our group and private classes benefit everyone, whether new to Pilates or a seasoned Pilates enthusiast.
 
Instruction is tailored to the individual, but also maintains the integrity of the Pilates method.

You will find our classes informal and friendly, but motivating!
Specialised Pilates equipment is provided. 

Pre and Postnatal programmes (click here for more information) are available to support women before and after the birth. Expectant mums can start a new exercise programme from the 12th-14th week of pregnancy.
Postnatal Pilates programmes can start from the 6th-10th week after the birth, depending on the mother's individual needs.
 
With regular practice, you will be stronger, stand taller, and improve your muscle tone, abdominal strength, and overall fitness.
